This full-time position serves a dual role assisting with the day-to-day responsibilities associated with the school’s main office as well as supporting the SFD enrollment team.
The ideal candidate will embrace a people-centric approach to all daily activities which includes answering phones, greeting visitors, faculty/staff and our students, data entry as well as assisting where needed most. Qualifications
Strong communication skills, detail oriented, previous clerical experience that also involved public relations, good working knowledge of Apple technology, friendly and willing to go the extra mile.

Position Overview
This opening is for the 2024-2025 school year. The school counselor will provide direct and indirect services supporting students’ academic, career, and social/emotional development. communicate effectively, both verbally (including oral presentations) and in writing. Position requires creativity, decision-making, interpersonal skills, use of discretion, teamwork, negotiation, independent judgment/ action, problem analysis, service orientation, and public relations to foster
the Church’s mission and Parish/ School relations. Must be able to handle multiple projects/priorities. Incumbent must also be competitive and resourceful in an organization that has an infinite amount of need and a finite amount of financial resources. Perform basic math and be

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
B.A. in communications, finance, public relations and/or marketing or an equivalent combination
of education and experience in a comparable field with 3-5 years experience in a comparable position. Prefer 2-4 years experience working with nonprofit or religious organization. Experience in Development field preferred. Continuing education is required to maintain knowledge of tax codes affecting charitable giving. Experience running direct mail and advertising campaigns for planned giving required. Practicing Catholic with thorough knowledge and understanding of Catholic
teachings, practices and organizational structure. Bilingual in Spanish preferred. Valid driver's license required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk, talk, reach, sit, hear, handle and perform repetitive motions of the hands/wrists. Lifts and moves items up

I. JOB SUMMARY
Under the direct supervision of the Director of Custodial Services, this School Custodian works at Bishop Hartley High School in Columbus, Ohio. Job responsibilities include participation in the meticulous upkeep of all campus facilities. Candidate must be well versed in cleaning etiquette, and able to work without supervision. While the position is primarily to clean and keep the school presentable, light handyman skills are helpful in completing the daily tasks that are required. The position is primarily from 3:00 am – 11:30 pm M-F, however overtime may be required during times of peak building utilization and most importantly, for the preparation of premier events on and around the Campus (Cleanup after athletic events, football Saturdays and evenings of events in the gymnasium, open house, Evening of Excellence Fundraiser and other events).
